Emily's background is multifaceted, with experience in corporate recruiting, sales, and education. After three years in the classroom at the highest-performing charter network in D.C., Emily pivoted to sales and recruiting. In joining the sales recruitment team at Russell Tobin and Associates in Manhattan, she developed a passion for business development and working with candidates to help them achieve their career goals.
Her time at Russell Tobin led her to POLITICO, where she was the first ever Sales Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting revenue-generating teams in finding top sales talent. While at POLITICO, Emily also helped to co-found the company's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and re-vamped POLITICO's employer branding strategy.
Following POLITICO, Emily joined Paycom, one of the fastest-growing software companies in the USA. There, she reported directly to the Vice President of Sales and advised on recruitment strategy, employer branding best practices, and candidate experience.
